The principle:
Attached to a central rotating tower with 24 or 36 working positions, several nests per position can be operated with up to 4 inside cams. In combination with four satellite assembly devices, press– and punch stations or camera monitoring stations, highly complex assembly and checking tasks can be executed as well. Entirely mechanically engineered motion-sequences are responsible for exceptional stability and life-cycle.
